Refund requests must be submitted before accessing more than 25% of the contracted service content or consulting sessions. This ensures fairness for both parties while protecting the intellectual property we've developed.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.

Full Refunds Available

Complete refunds are provided for services not yet delivered, technical issues preventing access to our platforms, or situations where we cannot fulfill our service commitments as described.

  • Unused consulting sessions receive 100% refund
  • Partial refunds calculated based on services already provided
  • Technical access issues resolved with full refund if unfixable
  • Duplicate payments refunded immediately upon verification
  • Service cancellations before start date eligible for full refund

4 Payment Methods & Processing

We process refunds back to your original payment method whenever possible. This typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card provider's processing times.

For credit card payments, the refund appears as a credit on your statement. Bank transfers may take slightly longer due to additional verification requirements. We'll send you confirmation once the refund has been initiated from our end.

Processing Times

Credit cards: 3-7 business days | Bank transfers: 7-10 business days | PayPal: 1-3 business days. International transfers may require additional processing time.
